THE BRIEF
The client wanted to increase the size of the kitchen to create a large kitchen/diner that would be big enough for their ever-growing family to enjoy for years to come, to incorporate a modern kitchen that was still in keeping the age of the house.
THE PROCESS
Having been recommended by previous clients Total Build won the tender process. We were given both a brief and visuals by the architect along with the client’s instructions that we had adhered to a strict timescale to ensure that the family were not disrupted for too long. The project was completed in 16 weeks and within budget.
THE RESULT
The finish was a stylish blend of internal feature brickwork, Karndean flooring, a classy dark blue kitchen with quartz work surfaces and black aluminium bi folds linking the outside seamlessly.
We worked with the client closely to ensure that all details and finishes were exactly how they wanted it. The clients are delighted with their new space, and we are very proud of the result.
