WORCESTER GUILD HALL

THE BRIEF
To create a modern customer service centre within a disused and tired room at the historic Guildhall in Worcester city centre. Health and safety were paramount due to the building’s city centre location high use by the general public throughout the build.
THE PROCESS
After winning the tender process we worked closely with the architects who created the design as they took on the role of client, alongside the Guild Hall and council management teams.
Work onsite at time was restricted due to high use of the building and our team worked evenings where necessary to ensure the project was delivered in time for the grand opening.
THE RESULT
The refurbishment work undertaken brought an area of this historic property back to life and the end results were so successful the area has been adopted the main reception for the Guild Hall as well as the council customer service and help area.
